Job summary

Les Olson IT is seeking an entry-level Managed Print Services customer service specialist to provide hands-on, in-person support for our print clients. You will travel to customer locations across Utah County, clean and maintain office equipment, and help with stocking supplies such as toner and paper.

Training is provided, and the role emphasizes professionalism and excellent communication. You will gather data for billing and service reporting, deliver face-to-face support, and act as the face

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person customer service to MPS clients.
• Travel to customer locations throughout Utah County and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers).
• Assist customers with organizing and managing supply stock (toner, paper, staples).
• Gather equipment data used for billing and service reporting.
• Offer face-to-face support, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
• Represent the company with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Participate in comprehensive training to develop MPS support expertise.
