Job summary

Les Olson IT is seeking a motivated Managed Print Specialist to support growth of our MPS business in Las Vegas. You will partner with Account Executives to assess client environments, prepare proposals, and drive new opportunities. You’ll renew contracts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and deliver quarterly business reviews with customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM diligence, and collaboration with internal teams to convert opportunities and expand MPS offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, Managed Print Services or office technology preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with MPS sales appointments and assessments.
• Conduct print environment assessments and prepare reports.
• Coordinate quotes and proposals with internal teams.
• Manage MPS contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and develop new opportunities.
