Job summary

Les Olson IT is seeking an entry-level Managed Print Services customer service specialist. You will visit customer sites, clean and service copiers, faxes, scanners, and printers, and help customers manage supplies like toner and paper. You’ll collect data for billing and service reporting while delivering a professional, face-to-face experience.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to develop skills and grow within a family-owned firm with a long history in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Professional appearance and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person customer service to MPS clients.
• Travel to customer locations across Cache County and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners, printers).
• Assist customers with organizing and stocking supplies (toner, paper, staples).
• Gather equipment data used for billing and service reporting.
• Offer face-to-face support and maintain a professional customer experience.
