Job summary

Les Olson Company is seeking an in-person MPS Customer Service Specialist to visit client locations, clean and maintain office equipment, and manage supply stocking. You will gather data for billing and provide face-to-face support with a high level of professionalism.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you will travel across Cashe County to serve diverse clients and represent the company with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Comprehensive training will be provided; no prior experience required.
• Valid driver's license is required to travel to client locations.
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use common software/hardware.
• Mechanical aptitude is a bonus for equipment handling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person customer service to Managed Print Services (MPS) clients.
• Travel to customer locations throughout Cashe County and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain office equipment (copiers, fax, scanners, printers).
• Assist customers with organizing and managing supply stock (toner, paper, staples).
• Gather equipment data used for billing and service reporting.
• Offer face-to-face support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Represent the company with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Participate in comprehensive training to develop MPS support expertise.
