Job summary

Les Olson Company seeks a motivated Managed Print Specialist to support growth and manage MPS accounts. You will work with Account Executives to assess print environments, manage renewals, and drive new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver MPS proposals and reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management or MPS preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and advise solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with Managed Print Services sales appointments.
• Conduct customer print environment assessments and walk-throughs.
• Prepare assessment reports and support MPS proposals.
• Coordinate quotes and proposals with internal support teams.
• Manage MPS contract renewals each quarter.
• Identify opportunities to expand MPS with existing customers.
• Follow up on customer requests from Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Conduct QBRs by gathering meter readings, invoices, and account activity.
• Present findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline.
• Participate in bi-monthly pipeline reviews with Sales Management.
• Submit monthly pipeline reports by the required deadline.
• Conduct monthly strategy meetings with assigned sales representatives to discuss QBRs and EKM opportunities.
• Document daily activities and sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Maintain current account records and data integrity.
