Job summary

Impact is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and retain print clients in local markets. You will drive net-new print business, manage a portfolio of active print-only clients, and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, conduct regular business reviews, and pursue upgrades to support client retention and growth in print services. This role requires 5+ years in copier sales and deep knowledge of leases and equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• Extensive knowledge of copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades, and lease return processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently interdepartmentally.
• Ability to work with clients to understand issues and coordinate internal/external resolutions.
• Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.

• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.

• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
