Job summary

Impact Networking in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Managed Print Consultant to grow and support local print clients. You will drive new print business, manage a portfolio of active print-only clients, and serve as the primary representative for assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in copier sales, knowledge of leases and print equipment, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copier sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades, and returns processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across teams.
• Familiarity with Papercut, Printer Cloud, and SMUA agreements.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
