Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a talented Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist in the St. Louis area, with the Bridgeton office to be visited at least two days per week.

The role focuses on setting up and maintaining file transfer connections for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring secure data flows. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transmission issues, collaborating with EDI, Infrastructure, and Security teams, while documenting processes to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT experience with file transfer protocols.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer concepts and PGP.
• Basic TCP/IP networking and Windows Server knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain MFT connections for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transmission issues.
• Collaborate with EDI, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Document processes and create operation reviews.
• Provide onboarding support for new customers and incident updates.
• On-call incident response participation.
