Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. is seeking an MFT Specialist to set up and maintain file transfer connections for internal and external customers. You will coordinate with EDI, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring MFT servers, troubleshooting transmission issues, performing maintenance, and supporting onboarding of new customers with a focus on a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of Information Technology experience, preferably with File Transfer Protocols and Networking.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain file transfer connections for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with EDI, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot transmission issues and escalate as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain file transfer servers and related applications.
• Perform routine maintenance, changes, and capacity planning as needed.
• Maintain SSL/AS2 certificate management procedures.
