You will join the internal IT team as a Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist, reporting to the Bridgeton office at least two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining file transfer connections for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and secure data flows. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transmission issues, collaborate with internal teams such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Infrastructure, and Security, and document processes to optimize operations. Additionally, you will support onboarding of new customers and provide timely updates during incident resolution. This position is a 3-month contract-to-hire role.
$22.40 – $32.00 /hr
