Job summary

You will onboard partners, coordinate with EDI, Infrastructure, Security, and development teams, and maintain technical documentation. A 1–3 year IT background and Windows Server knowledge are expected, with strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably with file transfer or networking.
• Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, PGP, and TCP/IP.
• Basic Windows Server knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably with file transfer protocols or networking.


• Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, PGP, and TCP/IP.

Compensation:
$70,000 per year
