Job summary

SimonMed is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform screening, diagnostic mammography and tomosynthesis with precision and care. You will work in a fast-paced outpatient imaging setting, maintain MQSA/compliance, and guide patients with empathy while delivering high-quality images.

In this role, ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications, state license, BLS, and ongoing tomosynthesis training are required. Mentoring and collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) certifications required.
• State license where applicable and current BLS.
• MQSA compliance with 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.
• Initial mammography and tomosynthesis training documented.
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis.
• Positioning, compression, and exposure parameter selection following ALARA.
• Maintain image quality and documentation in RIS/PACS.
• Ensure compliance with MQSA, ACR, HIPAA.
• Mentor students and support staff as needed.
