Job summary

SimonMed Healthcare seeks a Mammography Technologist to deliver high‑quality diagnostic imaging in a fast‑paced outpatient setting, ensuring patient comfort and care. You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with precise positioning, compression, and radiation safety in line with MQSA and ACR standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography required.
• State radiologic technologist license where applicable; current BLS.
• MQSA compliant with ongoing breast CEUs and documentation.
• Initial and tomosynthesis training documented; capable with RIS/PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis with ALARA principles.
• Position patients accurately; optimize compression and image quality.
• Document and label images; ensure QA and facility compliance.
• Manage workflow in a busy outpatient setting; mentor rotating students.
