Job summary

SimonMed Radiology, LLC is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis, upholding MQSA and ACR standards. You will position patients, optimize compression, and ensure high-quality images while communicating clearly and compassionately.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certifications in Radiography and Mammography, current BLS, a valid state license where required, and MQSA CEUs.

Qualifications

• ARRT R and M certification; state license where applicable.
• MQSA with 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.
• Tomosynthesis and digital training documentation current.
• 1+ year mammography experience preferred.
• Proficiency with digital/tomosynthesis equipment, RIS, and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, per ACR/MQSA standards.
• Position patients accurately; apply ALARA principles; ensure image quality before sign‑off.
• Explain procedures clearly and provide compassionate patient care in anxious or painful moments.
• Maintain compliance with MQSA, HIPAA and facility protocols; document appropriately.
