Job summary

SimonMed seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with attention to positioning, compression, and image quality. You will collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure comfort, safety, and adherence to MQSA and ACR standards.

You bring ARRT radiography and mammography credentials, a valid radiologic license, and BLS. Expect a fast-paced outpatient setting with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• ARRT advanced certification in Mammography required.
• Valid state radiologic technologist license current.
• Current BLS certification.
• MQSA compliant — 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.
• Initial mammography training documentation complete (25 signed-off exams).
• Tomosynthesis and digital training documentation current.
• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital/tomosynthesis equipment, RIS, and PACS.
• Strong patient communication skills — especially in sensitive situations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
