Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with precision and compassionate patient communication. You will ensure image quality and compliance with MQSA, ACR, and facility protocols in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certifications in Radiography and Mammography, a valid state license, current BLS, and MQSA CEUs.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
• State radiologic technologist license current.
• Current BLS certification.
• MQSA compliance and 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, per protocols.
• Ensure accurate positioning, optimal compression, and QA of image quality.
• Explain procedures clearly and ease patient anxiety while maintaining image quality.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with MQSA, ACR, HIPAA.
