Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance operations at our communities. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units are ready for new residents and property standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site maintenance tasks.
• Attend daily on-site duties and ensure unit readiness.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
• Assist with inventory and housekeeping of common areas.
