Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance and participate in make-ready tasks under supervision.

The role requires regular on-site work, timely response to resident requests, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site upkeep of properties
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly
• Assist in make-ready process and scheduled maintenance activities
• Maintain safety practices and organize the maintenance shop
• Participate in on-call emergency rotations at the property
