Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready associate to assist in maintenance at our properties. You will ensure make-ready units meet standards, repair fixtures, paint, and install appliances under supervision.

Daily duties include responding to service requests, maintaining pools, inspecting grounds, and keeping accurate records. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and make-ready units to property standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Manage make-ready scheduling and turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for hazards.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
