Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, OK to make apartment homes move‑in ready by performing repairs, caulking, painting, and general upkeep. You will complete make‑ready checklists, document work, and help maintain grounds and common areas.

The role requires following safety policies and attending required OSHA trainings, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include inspecting for damage, repairing sheetrock, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make‑ready tasks in multifamily housing.
• Ability to follow a make‑ready checklist and complete maintenance documentation.
• Commitment to safety; completion of OSHA safety trainings as required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes before resident move‑in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace as required.
• Perform touch‑up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; pressure‑wash breezeways and pool areas.
• Support cost‑cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible; complete work orders on time.
