Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform turn-ready work on vacant apartment homes, including repairs, caulking, drywall, and paint touch-ups. You will contribute to safe, quality living spaces by following the community checklist and safety policies.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, inspecting for damage, maintaining common areas, and supporting cost-containment efforts through efficient use of materials. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic maintenance and make-ready repairs preferred.
• Ability to caulk, seal around windows, sinks, toilets, baths, and showers.
• Proficient in drywall inspection, repair, and touch-up painting as directed.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
• Ensure units are caulked and sealed as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Fix parts when possible to control costs and avoid waste.
