Job summary

Asset Living in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Make Ready associate to support maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. You will handle unit readiness, respond to work orders, and help maintain grounds, systems, and inventory while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and shop organization.
