Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready Associate to support maintenance operations across our community. You will perform make-ready tasks, repair fixtures, paint, install appliances, and assist with safety and compliance.

This on-site role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift 100+ lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call emergencies. Salary ranges from $20–$23/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory onsite presence for daily attendance.
• Make-ready tasks: repair/replace fixtures, paint, install appliances.
• Inspect and repair common areas and units as needed.
• Complete maintenance and repair turn events efficiently.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Keep logs of service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Report hazards to supervisor promptly.
