Qualifications

• Willingness to perform all required tasks and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights as needed.
• Repair or replace fixtures and surfaces (windows, doors, baseboards, tiles).
• Inspect appliances and inform maintenance of issues.
• Assist with painting and cleaning as required.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items.
