Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner. You will inspect units, perform timely repairs, replace fixtures, and assist with painting and laundry/appliance tasks as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-call and during extended hours. Valid driver’s license and transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work on call and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, doors, and fixtures.
• Assist with painting, repairs, and appliance handling.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and other projects as directed.
