Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner. The role requires inspection of units, coordination with maintenance, and completing a detailed checklist to ensure readiness for new move-ins.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work on-call and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on call and extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Coordinate with Lead Maintenance and Community Manager for repairs.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and ensure lights/appliances are functioning.
• Install or repair fixtures (tiles, backsplashes, baseboards) as needed.
• Assist with painting duties and general upkeep of the units.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items as required.
