Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status in a timely manner according to the manager's timetable.

The role requires inspecting apartments, making ready for new move-ins, and performing routine maintenance and basic repairs. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and be able to work on call as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, doors, shelves, and baseboards as needed.
• Inspect appliances and report issues to maintenance lead.
• Assist with painting duties and minor repairs as requested.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and other tasks as directed.
