Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition under the manager's timetable. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

The Make Ready performs tasks across lighting, appliance checks, painting, and minor repairs to ensure timely turnover. On-site work, on-call availability, and professional communication with residents and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check lights, replace fixtures and appliances as needed.
• Assist with painting, plumbing, carpentry and minor repairs.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move-ins as required.
• Operate safety practices and professional representation of the company.
