Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, maintain and improve common areas, and respond to work orders promptly.

You'll work with the Maintenance Supervisor, perform diverse trades, and ensure safety and quality on site. Candidates should have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, own hand tools, and be willing to work weekends or holidays. Physical ability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas including pools, clubhouses, parking lots, and laundry.
• Respond to and complete work orders promptly and with quality.
• Coordinate tasks with Maintenance Supervisor and team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to protect property value.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Use software to track work and performance.
• Be a collaborative team member in a dynamic environment.
