Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner. The candidate should be able to inspect units, perform necessary repairs, and assist with trash-out as needed.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, and reliability. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. On-site position with potential for on-call hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and meticulous workmanship.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, doors, shelves, and fixtures.
• Perform painting, tiling, and basic repairs as needed.
• Assist with trash-out, moving items to dumpsters, and other tasks as directed.
