Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to perform make-ready tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our community. The role emphasizes safety, timely response, and high-quality apartment presentations for residents and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in maintenance, HVAC/CPO certifications preferred, and the ability to operate hand and power tools while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.
• Experience in multi-family maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document required renovations.
• Restor e apartments to make-ready status and ensure high-quality presentation.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Provide timely, courteous service to residents and vendors.
