Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the upkeep and appearance of our community. The role involves identifying issues, completing service requests, and making timely repairs to ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for residents.

Key duties include inspecting vacated units, performing make-ready work, and handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other repairs while upholding safety and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Ability to take measurements and perform basic arithmetic.
• General computer skills and property management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventive maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for high quality.
• Routinely perform make-ready duties to restore apartments.
• Respond to repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and identify maintenance projects.
