Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain and repair apartment communities. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and bring units to make-ready status, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, coordinating renovations, responding to resident requests with excellent customer service, and promoting safe work practices on site. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other trades are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience is helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and complete repairs.
• Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other repairs.
• Inspect grounds for safety and plan maintenance projects.
• Respond to resident requests with excellent service.
