Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain and restore apartment communities. The role focuses on identifying problems, completing service requests, and performing repairs to uphold safety and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated units, handling HVAC/electrical/plumbing repairs, and ensuring timely responsiveness to resident requests while complying with safety and Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years’ maintenance experience preferred.
• Mult-family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks per Mill Creek standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status after renovations.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and plan maintenance projects.
• Address resident requests promptly with excellent service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with laws including Fair Housing.
