Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate golf cart on property.
• OSHA safety training and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant apartments, inspections and scheduling.
• Track inventory, restock, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing where feasible.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required trainings.
• Periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
