You will diagnose issues, schedule vendors, manage supplies, and document all work orders while following safety procedures. The job requires weekend availability, lifting up to 50 lbs, and EPA certifications for refrigerants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Track inventory and document work orders for proper records.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements; report incidents promptly.
