Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Make Ready technician at our Tampa property. You will assist in maintenance, perform make-ready tasks, and support a team that keeps units ready for new residents. The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and OSHA familiarity. On-site work with a focus on community upkeep, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and inventory in a safe, organized manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and upkeep.
• Assist with safety programs and OSHA compliance.
