Job summary

Asset Living in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across our properties. You will support make-ready efforts under supervision, respond to work orders, and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on buildings and grounds.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of all maintenance/repair-related make-ready events.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily work.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, chemical logs, and maintenance progress.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting hazards or repairs.
