Job summary

Automated Logic, part of Carrier Global, is seeking a Major Projects Sales Executive to lead strategic growth in building automation across the region. You will identify, develop, and close large opportunities, expanding our presence with owners, developers, and engineers.

You will own the pipeline, engage early in projects, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of HVAC/BAS/building technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of selling into owners, developers, mechanical contractors, and engineers.
• 2+ years in complex-bid, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% locally.

Responsibilities

• Create and win large, complex building automation opportunities by penetrating new accounts and displacing competitors.
• Build and own a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar opportunities through to close.
• Drive strategic growth by targeting high-value verticals and expanding regional presence.
• Position differentiated solutions, combining ALC controls with Carrier equipment as a single source.
• Influence early-stage design with owners, developers, and consulting engineers.
