Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, seeks a Global Strategic Accounts Associate Project Manager to support enterprise-scale projects across sites with strong schedule discipline and financial controls.

Under a Sr. Project Manager, you will help ensure timely delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and coordinate resources and subcontractors for large building automation deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management in Building Automation/HVAC.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work onsite daily.
• Able to drive company or personal vehicle for work.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and climbing ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects following project processes and guide the project team.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget, schedule, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R, and cost re-estimation.
• Coordinate contracted scope and secure change orders for scope creep.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and corrective actions to keep schedules.
• Build relationships with sub-contractors and resolve issues promptly.
