Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation’s Automated Logic division seeks a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support complex building automation projects on site. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, craft robust control algorithms, and deliver effective solutions that meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, ongoing BAS technology education, and opportunities to mentor junior staff while contributing to strategic initiatives across our service delivery teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proficient with WebCTRL and building automation controls.
• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and manage multiple engineering projects to meet deadlines.
• Design and program building automation systems and site‑specific configurations.
• Adhere to design, programming and implementation standards.
• Create design documents and communicate revisions to project teams.
• Develop interfaces for building automation systems and test programs.
