Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Service Supervisor for Automated Logic, a Carrier company, to lead a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will mentor staff, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong communication to customers and management.

Responsibilities include documenting field activities, leading performance reviews, and collaborating with engineering and graphics teams to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the building automation and controls or HVAC industry.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
• Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation and communication to all customer levels, sub-contractors and management.
• Lead and conduct yearly and semi-yearly performance reviews for direct reports.
• Coordinate project planning with Project Managers and Branch Operations to assign resources.
• Ensure field staff has knowledge and executes work within project budgets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Graphics teams to improve quality and standards.
