Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Building Automation and Controls, to lead field operations across the region. You will oversee the full project and service lifecycle, manage schedules, budgets, and engage with contractors to ensure outstanding customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in BAS/HVAC, a related degree, strong leadership, and expertise in project financial reporting and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of project experience in commercial HVAC or building controls.
• 5+ years in BAS across Retail, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, HVAC Construction, Data Center, or Service.
• 4+ years leading and managing direct reports.
• 2+ years with project financial reporting, budget management, and P&L tracking.
• 4+ years experience with enterprise software suites including Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead day-to-day operational teams to meet deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and provide mentorship to PMs.
• Forecast revenue and set performance standards aligned with goals.
• Assist Sales by auditing contract documents and specifications.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development for project staff.
