GEICO is seeking a Major Case Investigator to join their Commercial Team. This remote role involves conducting large-scale investigations into suspected fraud across various commercial claims. Candidates should have over three years of relevant investigation or claims experience and possess strong analytical and communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team and the Expanding Commercial GEICO Market as a Major Case Investigator! This is a Remote position. As a Major Case Investigator on our Commercial Team, you will conduct non-field, large-scale investigations of suspected Commercial Auto, Commercial Trucking, Multiline, and Auto claims suspected of containing fraud flags and/or other illegal activities against the company. The duties for this role include, but are not limited to, interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, conducting EUOs, and locating other sources of information and witnesses. Responsibilities include evaluating information to determine its credibility, understanding the facts of loss, reporting to claims, referring investigation assignments to outside agencies, and providing training and support to all departments in the claims handling process.
Qualifications:
Position will be hybrid or fully remote depending on location.
Annual Salary: $84,050 - $129,150 (Depending on experience and geographical location)
The above salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors, including scope and responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, training, work location, market, and business considerations, influence the final offer.
