GEICO is seeking a Major Case Investigator for their expanding commercial market. This remote position involves conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraud within commercial auto and trucking claims. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex technical information effectively, while promoting a collaborative team environment.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team and the Expanding Commercial GEICO Market as a Major Case Investigator! This is a Remote position. As a Major Case Investigator on our Commercial Team, you will conduct non-field, large-scale investigations of suspected Commercial Auto, Commercial Trucking, Multiline, and Auto claims suspected of containing fraud flags and/or other illegal activities against the company. The duties for this role include, but are not limited to, interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, conducting EUOs, and locating other sources of information and witnesses. Responsibilities also include evaluating information to determine its credibility, facts of loss, reporting to claims, referring investigation assignments to outside agencies, and providing training and support to all departments in the claims handling process.
Qualifications:
Position will be hybrid or fully remote depending on location.
Salary Range: $84,050 - $129,150 annually (depending on experience and geographical location). The hourly rate ranges from $32.56 to $64.10. The final offer will consider factors such as role scope, experience, education, location, and market conditions.
