Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Major Accounts in a field-based role. You will sell ADP’s human resources technology and manage a territory, driving strategic discussions around HCM initiatives for 50–150 employee companies.

You’ll forecast, close deals, and be supported by continuous training and technology to grow your book of business. You’ll spend time in the field, document cycles through implementation, and reap rewards with industry-leading compensation, benefits, and incentive

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience -- teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality help build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals while working independently and with teams in your geography.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
