Qualifications

• 2+ years in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• English fluency, additional languages a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of bookings and reservations.
• Provide warm guest hospitality on arrival and departure.
• Quote accurate wait times and manage seating strategically.
• Act as liaison between guests, management, service staff and kitchen.
• Maintain efficiency and composure during service.
• Understand reservations strategies and knowledge of Sevenrooms.
