Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group seeks a Maitre D' for Ci Siamo Boston to oversee reservations, guest arrival and departure, and to ensure seamless service across the dining room. You will partner with management, servers, and kitchen staff to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and supports operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of bookings and provide initial hospitality when guests arrive and during reservations.
• Seat and fill the restaurant to maximize covers while supporting kitchen and dining room teams.
• Act as liaison between guests, management, service staff and kitchen; communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with management to build the book and boost cover counts, considering business and guest needs.
