Gracious Hospitality Management is expanding operations at 550 Madison and seeks a Maitre D’ to lead guest bookings, host the dining experience, and coordinate VIP dining, seating, and floor plans with senior management.

You will supervise reservationists, ensure smooth guest flow, and maintain top-notch service standards across shifts, while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines. This role demands excellent people skills and leadership across a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reservations book and oversee booking protocols for maximum efficiency.
• Hire, train, and schedule reservationists and hosts; develop team.
• Review guest satisfaction reports and improve interaction quality.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly reservations with GM and Service Manager.
• Provide shift roll-ups and flag large parties or VIP notes to management.
• Ensure dining room readiness and optimal seating patterns.
• Manage VIP relations and personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain entrance and waiting areas and stock host resources.
• Update knowledge through staff training opportunities.
