Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume fine dining or hospitality setting with leadership experience.
• Mastery of OpenTable and guest-management systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee host/hostess team and door operations to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Optimize seating and manage reservations to balance pace and volume.
• Maintain guest profiles and notes to personalize service and build loyalty.
• Engage with concierges, agents, and VIPs to drive traffic and visibility.
• Lead front desk operations and perform opening/closing duties as floor manager.
